Programs and Events

Revitalizing the property will allow ESAA to operate a vibrant and bustling facility capable of hosting activities year-round.

Proposed Events

Our plans are inclusive, creative, and ambitious – and they should be! With a little effort, this facility can be so much more than it was. Below are just a few examples of how the racetrack and ag centre could be used for the benefit of the community.

A community-first approach to business.

Underscoring the importance of close collaboration

Our business model places great value on building strong, meaningful relationships with equine sports organizations, stakeholders, and individual members of the equine industry by offering a range of solutions that will support and strengthen Ag in Saskatchewan.

Examples include offering space in the infield for polocrosse groups or K9 training exercises, supplying school horses for youth riding programs or space for rehab projects, offering educational opportunities for schools on field trips, and being a go-to location for vet college students. In this way we can continuously give back to the community while generating economic activity in the ag sector from which all of Saskatchewan can benefit.

Get Involved

We aim to use the Marquis Downs racetrack and the Ag Centre on the City’s property at Prairieland Park for the benefit of the entire community. If you have an agricultural activity, hobby, or event in mind, please reach out to us!
