Grant Marquis Downs Racetrack to ESAA for New Initiative
Sign our petition
Our petition, aimed at City Council members and City Administration, requests that the City inspect the Marquis Downs facility for signs of neglect.
It is fully within the City’s control to enter, inspect, and – if the structures are found to be neglected – to sublet this half of Prairieland’s leased property to another entity. We are requesting to be that entity.
Contact Your Councillor
In order for this initiative to go ahead, the City must decide to enter the property or invite Prairieland Park to the table for an open and honest discussion about the state of repairs at Marquis Downs.
Please email your Councillor to request that they inspect this property and provide ESAA with an opportunity to put it to better use.

The province-wide impact of revitalizing Marquis Downs and making proper use of these facilities cannot be understated. Saskatchewan deserves to see this facility used to its full potential. Ask your MLA to stand for agriculture, collective history, and new opportunities by supporting ESAA’s initiative.
